Description

Green’s Pure Granulated Maple Sugar is a single-ingredient product made when every bit of water in the maple syrup is boiled away. The resulting dry pure granulated maple sugar can be substituted one for one anywhere you use white processed sugar. 

Uses: Sprinkle some over fresh sliced tomatoes to draw out the flavor and cut the acidity. Try maple sugar sprinkled on toast, grapefruit, and ice cream, use it when making chocolate chip cookies, or put it in coffee and tea as an all-natural, healthful sweetener. Use 1 for 1 anywhere you would use white or brown sugar!

Storage tips:  Store in a tightly closed container. If your maple sugar does become hard, place a slice of bread or pieces of orange peel on top of the sugar and close the container. The moisture in the bread or citrus peel will be just enough to soften the maple sugar.
