Aged for six to eight months in a Montana Dry Hills Distillery whiskey barrel, this Vermont maple syrup captures all the wonderful barrel-aged flavor without the alcohol. Perfect on vanilla ice cream, or as a glaze over sweet potatoes, chicken wings, and other meats. Use it as a finishing touch, as heating will destroy the flavor.
