Green’s Buttermilk Pancake Mix is a homemade, all-natural flavorful blend of wholesome grain flours with just a touch of pure maple sugar. 1 lb. bag of pancake mix makes at least 18 regular-size pancakes.

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, whole wheat flour, buttermilk powder, rye flour, maple sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
