Sugarhouse Pancake Mix

Green’s Sugarhouse Pancake Mix is a homemade, all-natural flavorful blend of wholesome grain flours with just a touch of maple sugar and spice. 1 lb. bag of pancake mix makes at least 18 regular-size pancakes.

We created the Sugarhouse Pancake Mix to offer a pancake mix for a dairy-free diet. We added some cinnamon and nutmeg for a unique flavor!

Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, whole wheat flour, cornmeal, rye flour, maple sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
